Richard Eckerstrom, Chief Executive Officer
Richard Eckerstrom founded Ecteon in 1986. In the early 90's Eckerstrom established the company as a leader in entertainment industry consulting by way of key engagements with companies such as Sony, Time-Warner, Bertelsmann, and Universal. Prior to Ecteon, Eckerstrom spent several years working in corporate finance, strategic planning, software marketing, and new product development. Richard holds an A.B. from Yale University and an M.B.A. from Columbia University.

Lonnie Blackwood, President
Lonnie Blackwood is the chief architect of the Contraxx solution and has served as Ecteon's president since its inception. Prior to Contraxx, Blackwood served as a partner and senior manager for the consulting arm of Ecteon. Blackwood spent over ten years designing technology solutions to business needs such as contract management, project accounting, and budget administration for industry leaders such as Sony, Time-Warner, and Bertelsmann. Lonnie holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, MO.

Dean Dinnebeil, Executive Vice President, Professional Services
Dean Dinnebeil has spent most of the last 12 years assisting Global 500 clients automate their contract management processes. Dean is equally at home with contract technical or business issues, having worked on so many aspects of the process. His assignments have ranged from working in the trenches developing automatic links between contracts, sales systems and complex royalty systems to working at a high concept level with some of the country's top management consultants designing contract-related workflows that work for the Internet Age. Dean holds an A.B. in Philosophy from Vassar College and a Certificate in C Programming and Software Development from the Columbia University Computer Technology and Applications program.

Al Wild, Vice President of Sales
Al Wild has a background of more than 20 years building and managing sales teams in the CRM and call center industry. Most recently, Wild was President and CEO of SJS Software, a CRM startup, in Brentwood, TN. In addition to guiding the company to profitability, he consulted with a number of other startups, assisting them in building their direct and indirect sales organizations. Previous to his tenure at SJS, he was Director of North American Sales for TCS Management Group (now Aspect Communications) from 1997 to 1999, where he was responsible for building the company's North American sales team and its outstanding success. Prior to that, Wild served as Vice President of Sales for AAC Corporation from 1990 to 1997 and Vice President of Sales and Marketing for MTC Systems from 1985 to 1990. While at both AAC and MTC, in addition to building and managing the global sales team, he was responsible for the conceptualization and introduction of a number of highly successful products that he introduced to both the general market and into global distribution channels, including such notables as British Telecom, Rockwell Electronic Commerce and Nortel Networks. Mr. Wild remains a Director of SJS Software.

Marc Schiffrin, Vice President of Development
Marc Schiffrin is responsible for developing and delivering the Contraxx suite of contract management products. Schiffrin has spent over fifteen years developing leading-edge software to address business needs such as accounting, contract management, and budget administration. Besides developing the core Contraxx engine, he most recently served as senior consultant for Ecteon. Schiffrin taught computer literacy at SUNY, and Java Database programming in Columbia University's School of Continuing Education, Computer Technology and Applications program. Marc holds a bachelor's degree (cum laude) from Dartmouth College.
