Implementing software projects can be a daunting task for organizations of any size. Contraxx makes it easy. Our software can be deployed in as little as 3-4 weeks, with no programming-level customization.

Ecteon has a highly qualified, experienced team of experts on staff who can assist in the deployment of Contraxx. Team members have a thorough understanding of contracting processes, Contraxx capabilities, and the technical infrastructure the system needs to fit within a customer environment. Ecteon has also developed a proven methodology for deploying Contraxx, ensuring a quality, repeatable, far-reaching, and positive experience for the customer.

Upon project kickoff, Ecteon will assign to you one of our Senior Client Partners ("SCP") who will be responsible for all aspects of your implementation project. The SCP will remain as the primary point of contact for the duration of the relationship.

Contraxx provides a rich environment that facilitates interfaces with other systems, using tools such as XML, SQL, and ODMA. Our Java-based System Interface Wizard provides a turnkey approach to most data conversions and system interfaces, with no programming required.

The Contraxx installation is a turnkey, 15-minute process! The software can be installed on a low-cost, standard Windows/Intel server platform. The Contraxx database can leverage your existing investment in Oracle or MS SQL Server. The web-enabled application installs and updates automatically, meaning no "touch" is required by the support team on each Contraxx workstation.
